The Rayburn 800 Series range cooker offers everything one would expect from a central heating Rayburn, only on a larger scale.
The 800 Series is designed with the same solid reliability that sets Rayburn apart from the rest of the crowd.
The two cast iron ovens are of an equal size and are the largest of any Rayburn to date. The Rayburn 800 Series cookers take 30 minutes to heat up from cold, have self cleaning ovens, and, because they use indirect heat, are kinder to food. Whereas some other cookers dry food out, all Rayburns seal in the flavor and goodness and ensure that food remains moist.
The top oven is for roasting, baking, grilling and everything else that requires a hotter temperature, while the lower oven, which runs at half the temperature of the top oven, is perfect for slower cooking.
The kidney shaped hotplate, insulated with attractive stainless steel lids, operates on the principle of graduated heat so there’s a space perfect for every kind of cooking. With the Rayburn 800 Series, hotplate cooking leaves the oven temperatures constant as there’s no associated heat loss, which is a huge benefit when cooking for large numbers.
